OBESITY!
Obesity is becoming more common these days. Fast food is the main cause of this. Obesity is a disease that affects 34 percent of adults age 20 and over in the United States, which amounts to more than 72 million people. Obesity is a problem that is not taken seriously by most people. Obesity is a chronic condition like diabetes or heart disease. Obesity won’t go away by it’s self and can’t be treated quickly. You are defined as obese if you are 20% above normal body weight due to fat. You may not look obese but if you fall in this category you run the health risks. Your basic body shape is inherited; but your lifestyle determines your health. Even small amounts of weight loss result in big health improvements. The only way to attain a healthy weight is to find a plan and stick to it for life.
